Bike Walk CT is hosting our next Discover CT Tour on September 25 with a focus on the 200th anniversary of Fredrick Law Olmsted’s birth in Hartford. Olmsted, the pioneering landscape architect who laid out New York’s Central Park, was a Hartford native who planned many projects in CT. A collaboration between Bike New Britain and BWCT, the Discover Olmsted’s CT tour will showcase sites in Central CT that Olmsted designed or where he had life milestones. With 10-, 25-, and 50-mile routes there are options for everyone!
