Celebrate Olmsted! Lake Park, July 16, 2022: A daylong celebration of Frederick Law Olmsted, his life and his vision of urban parks as civilizing and democratizing forces in society. Events will include the exhibition, “Frederick Law Olmsted: Landscapes for the Public Good,” made available by NAOP ; a juried photo exhibition at North Point Lighthouse; an evening concert; art projects for all ages; food trucks, a beer garden, birthday cake and more.
