Frank Reilly, President of Friends of Lincoln Park (FoLP), wrote a 20 minute play of an imaginary interview of a 73 year old FLO in 1895 Central Park, which was the first park he designed. It is meant to introduce the audience to Olmsted in an entertaining and humorous manner.

“Meeting in Central Park” will be premiered at the finale of Portland’s “Olmsted200” picnic on September 10th which will also include live music, food trucks and lawn games .The picnic is 4-7pm, “Meeting in Central Park” is scheduled for 6pm and will be performed by two wonderful professional actors, Daniel Noel as Olmsted, Jared Mongeau as the Reporter, and directed by Frank Reilly.
