If the produced order does not meet Customer expectations, please provide all relevant information to us at shop@olmsted.org within 30 days of product delivery so that the matter can be investigated. This information should include a description of the order, the problem with it, and the quantity of products affected. A photo of the problem is highly recommended.  

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will make our best effort to provide the Customer with a free replacement or refund if advised within the timeframe outlined.  

Customers should not contact the provider directly.  

Products are unique and produced to the order. By submitting an order to production, the Customer acknowledges that the order (products, shipping method, delivery and return addresses) cannot be further modified.  Accordingly, returns, refunds or exchanges cannot be supported when the customer ordered the wrong size or color, provided incorrect shipping details, or simply changed their mind. The customer is responsible for relaying the correct information.

The customer may submit requests for address changes or delivery method changes. We cannot guarantee that these requests can be accommodated; however, we will attempt to do so and will advise if the change requires any additional costs.   

Once an order is placed, a full or partial refund cannot be guaranteed if the order is then canceled.

All event registrations are subject to cut-off dates; no refunds will be provided for cancellations after those dates.

The production times listed on the website are estimated average times and are in no way guaranteed. If the order seems to be taking an unusually long time to be produced or delivered, please contact shop@olmsted.org. If the order is lost during shipment, we will investigate and may provide a replacement when appropriate.

We use the information we collect to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, and to help us make our site more useful to visitors. Olmsted Network uses your data to maintain records of donations, send acknowledgments, mail year-end tax statements (upon request) and send email notices and direct mail pieces. Donations over 2% of our entire budget must be reported on IRS Form 990, Schedule B. We store donor information in Salesforce unless requested otherwise. Donors can email info@olmsted.org to be removed from this list.  

When an individual registers for an event, makes a donation, or makes a purchase through the shop, we consider the transaction consent to be added to our marketing lists, which we manage via Mailchimp. You can opt out of receiving marketing solicitations— newsletters, program emails, etc.— by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email. If an issue occurs, please reach out to us at info@olmsted.org. 

 Individual names, corporations, and sponsors are sometimes listed in annual reports, event programs, and other materials.  

 We use personally identifying information primarily to respond to your requests. We will not share, rent, trade, or sell your personal information or email address with any outside parties, unless specifically authorized by the user for a specific purpose. Use of information will be limited to the internal purposes of Olmsted Network and only to further the mission of the Olmsted Network. Nevertheless, security measures may not prevent all losses, and Olmsted Network is not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to security failures
