Friends of Anderson Park is a non-profit organization dedicated to the thoughtful stewardship of the 14-acre Anderson Park, a historic Olmsted Brothers landscape. Formed in 2006, the friends group has engaged in several important projects, including planting trees and shrubs under the guidance of the 1904 planting plan and successfully nominating the park to the New Jersey Register of Historic Places and the National Register of Historic Places. The park was listed on the National Register in 2009.
