The Portland, Oregon, Pearl District Neighborhood Association’s Parks Committee plays an important role in bringing the neighborhood together in four parks, each providing places where people can relax and enjoy activities. The Committee collaborates with the Portland Parks Department to support ongoing maintenance in keeping the Parks clean and safe. They also collaborate with Portland’s Regional Arts and Culture Council to commission and maintain numerous public art works throughout the Parks,
