About Boeing, W. E.

The Olmsted Brothers briefly consulted on the landscape for William Boeing’s first residence in The Highlands, in design at the time by Seattle architect Charles Bebb. In mid-1913 James Frederick Dawson made suggestions for the plan, which Boeing approved, but failed to pay the Olmsted firm for either consultation or preliminary drawings without protracted legal pressure. House and garden were demolished in 1931.
