As the managing partner of Olmsted 200, the National Association for Olmsted Parks hosted a gala in NYC in honor of Olmsted's 200th birthday. The event drew nearly 250 partners, supporters, and scholars from across the country.

Exciting news— a Resolution to honor Frederick Law Olmsted's 200th birthday has been introduced in the House of Representatives by Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI-12) and Rep. French Hill (R-AR-2).

In honor of both Frederick Law Olmsted’s birthday and Earth Day, the Library of Congress is gearing up for a busy April, displaying an exhibit in the Thomas Jefferson building and hosting weekly crowdsourcing transcription challenges.

As part of the bicentennial, NPS issues a Call for Papers to examine the multi-faceted work of the Olmsted firm. Abstracts due by November 21, 2021
