Palos Verdes Homes Association

The History of Palos Verdes Estates spans over 100 years. The natural beauty of extensive parklands, ocean views and attractive architecture were key elements in the original Olmsted design for the city.

It is the mission of the Palos Verdes Homes Association and Art Jury to ensure that architectural integrity and landscape enhancements are upheld to the highest standards as envisioned by the city’s founders and laid out in the CC&R’s. Homeowners in Palos Verdes Estates and Miraleste value and protect the character of their neighborhoods, preserving the Olmsted legacy for future generations.
