Dunn Gardens

Mike Siegel

The creation of the E.B. Dunn Historic Garden Trust in 1993 was to provide a garden open for the public to enjoy.  The E.B. Dunn Historic Garden Trust preserves and enhances Dunn Gardens as a public resource, celebrating the 1915 Olmsted design and showcasing the evolution of garden design in the Pacific Northwest.

Serving as a community hub and escape in an ever-sprawling Seattle, the award-winning Dunn Gardens are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its programs range from horticultural lectures to family picnics on The Great Lawn to the famous Solstice Spiral in December. Dunn Gardens is a place of beauty that is welcoming to all!
